The single biggest factor contributing to your bottom line is worker salaries. Add the costs associated with hiring a new employee (in the ballpark of $5,000), and you’ve got a major drain on your profits. 

Here’s our "On-the-Job Training" deal!

1. Either you or we find an applicant that doesn’t have all the necessary skills but is ready to work and is trainable.
2. We determine whether the applicant is “eligible” and, if so, develop a training plan with you.
3. We pay up to $1000 to cover your training costs.
4. At the end of the training period, you get a skilled employee, trained your way and $1000!

Existing Employees Training - Another option to help Georgetown area business increase worker skills is customized training for your existing workers (incumbent workers). A training plan is developed with you, tailored to your business. This may involve the Technical College or other training resources. We pay up to 90% of the costs and you get a skilled, productive workforce trained your way!

• Jumpstart - Call us if you have a job opening. We will send you one or more job applicants to interview. If you choose one or more of your applicants, they will begin work for you on our payroll at no cost to your business! If the “try-out trainee” is a good fit, after one week of try-out employment, hire them and consider an “OJT” or customized training to meet any additional training needs!
